Demolition Services in Derby
Over the years, building strip-outs have become increasingly popular as developers opt to focus on developing existing buildings and structures rather than demolishing them. This involves retaining the outer building and carrying out interior demolition works instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. At ProDEM, we regularly carry out building strip outs in Derby, with our team highly experienced in this area.
Asbestos removal is often necessary when it comes to building strip-outs. Our team are fully trained in removing this toxic material, and we’ll always carry out full asbestos and hazardous waste survey before we begin the task. We’ll use the correct procedures to get rid of the asbestos, removing it from the building with minimal risk.
When it comes to demolition in Derby ProDEM is one of the leading companies, working with clients and around the city for over three decades. Furthermore, we have a fantastic reputation for our professional and reliable demolition and waste removal services. We work with both commercial and domestic property owners who are looking to demolish a building or structure or perform a building strip out. There are many reasons why you might hire us to provide demolition in Leicester. Perhaps a building has become too dangerous to be used due to the risk of collapse. Or maybe another different structure needs to replace the existing building, which means it needs to be demolished.
